A “client” is defined as any individual or entity placing an order through our secure online checkout, payment processor, or other accepted method.

To purchase our products, you must be at least 16 years of age for digital downloads and at least 18 years of age to access any coaching, workshops, or live services. We are committed to protecting minors and do not knowingly sell or deliver digital content to individuals below this age threshold. If a minor completes a purchase in error, their access will be revoked, and the purchase will be refunded upon verification. Newsletter subscribers under 16 will be removed immediately upon identification.

By placing an order through any Unstoppably Good LLC-owned site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your location.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payment information is encrypted and securely handled in accordance with industry standards. We do not accept American Express or checks.

Any issues related to payment security are the responsibility of Stripe and are not liable to Unstoppably Good LLC.

All WTF UNIVERSE™ products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery issues. If you do not receive your download link, contact our support team for assistance.

All WTF UNIVERSE™ digital products are licensed for personal use only. They may not be:

• Shared

• Modified or repurposed for commercial use

• Distributed or uploaded to other platforms

• Used in client work, resale, or derivative products

Violation of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate access termination and potential legal action.
